Ebinger spring-loaded tool holders are used wherever power tools and hand tools need to be guided ergonomically in industrial manufacturing processes. Typical applications include assembly lines, packaging lines, as well as applications in logistics and meat processing.
As mechanical weight balancers, they operate with an integrated tension spring and significantly reduce the strain on the operator when handling tools: The effort required is reduced, work ergonomics are sustainably improved, and at the same time, efficiency and productivity in the work process are increased.
Spring-loaded tethers support the attached tool and facilitate its handling during the work process. When the extended cable is released, it retracts automatically. The pulling force increases progressively as the extension length increases.
Spring-loaded tools are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and tools, e.g., cordless and pneumatic screwdrivers or drills and grinders.
