What is the difference between a plug-in system and a brass quick coupling?
Both are types of connections. With the plug-in system, you simply connect the parts together, while the brass quick coupling is the more robust option for continuous commercial use. Which one you need is usually determined by the existing equipment.

Can the R3 stay outside in the winter?
Yes, the device is frost-resistant and does not need to be disassembled for winter.
Condition: Before the first frost, the water must be drained from the hose and connection, and the connection hose must be dismantled. Then nothing can freeze.

For which medium is the R3 suitable?
For cold water up to 50°C and a pressure up to 8 bar. This covers the usual cleaning and watering tasks.

Can the R3 be mounted on a vehicle?
Yes. With the heavy-duty floor holder (Article No. 1.100.001), it is stable enough for mounting on vans and trailers.

Can the hose reel be repaired by oneself?
Spare parts are available for 10 years, plus an additional 5 years of warranty. Spare parts and hose can be replaced by yourself with standard tools and some handy skills.
