High-pressure hose reels are suitable for professional applications in trade and industry. Typical areas of application include high-pressure cleaning, workshops, production facilities, mechanical engineering, and other applications with water or suitable technical media.

Up to what pressure are high-pressure hose reels available?
Depending on the model and hose design, high-pressure hose reels are available for different operating pressures. In the Ebinger range, you will find hose reels for 100 bar, 200 bar, and high-pressure hose reels up to 400 bar, among others. The maximum operating pressure specified for each model is always decisive.

What is the difference between a 1SC and a 2SC high-pressure hose?
The essential difference lies in the reinforcement of the hose. A 1SC hose has a steel wire braid reinforcement, while a 2SC hose is reinforced with two steel wire braid reinforcements.

Due to the additional reinforcement, a 2SC high-pressure hose is designed for higher pressure loads. However, the permissible operating pressure always depends on the hose diameter, hose design, and manufacturer specifications.

When should I choose a 1SC and when a 2SC hose?
A 1SC high-pressure hose is a good choice if the required pressure load is within its technical specifications and a compact hose design is desired.

A 2SC high-pressure hose is particularly recommended for higher pressure requirements and demanding professional applications. Due to the two steel wire braid reinforcements, it has a higher pressure resistance.
Decisive for the selection are always the required operating pressure, the hose diameter, the medium, and the temperature.

When is a blue high-pressure hose recommended?
A blue high-pressure hose is particularly recommended when, in addition to high pressure resistance, an abrasion-resistant hose surface is also required. This is advantageous, for example, in applications where the hose is regularly dragged over floors or frequently comes into contact with machines, walls, and other surfaces.
