This year marks a triple anniversary: the dual anniversary of the trade show duo—the 30th expoSE and the 15th expoDirekt—as well as the 30th anniversary of the Association of South German Asparagus and Strawberry Growers (VSSE). Since its founding, the VSSE has organized expoSE—Europe’s leading trade fair for asparagus and berry production, including stone fruit cultivation and open-field vegetables (formerly known as the Asparagus and Strawberry Exchange).
Alongside the 30th expoSE, the 15th expoDirekt—Germany’s largest trade fair for direct agricultural marketing—will take place from November 18 to 19, 2026, at the Karlsruhe Exhibition Center. The VSSE expects over 400 exhibitors from 18 countries and more than 5,000 trade visitors from over 30 nations.
