What payment options are offered?

When ordering via our webshop, our customers can choose from the payment options PayPal, credit card or prepayment.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Germany, Belgium, Austria and France.

How are the goods dispatched?

We send parcels by UPS, palletised goods are sent by a forwarding agent.

Where is my delivery?

The goods leave our premises as soon as you receive the invoice by e-mail.

In the case of pallet shipping, the delivery will be notified by the shipping company.

For parcel tracking, please contact us. For technical reasons, we are currently unable to provide automated parcel tracking.

Can I view or test the products before I buy them?

You are welcome to view the products before purchasing them at our factory in Rhodt or at a trade fair where we are represented as an exhibitor.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide test devices.

How can I return my item?

There is a fourteen-day right of cancellation within the framework of the distance selling contract. The return costs are to be borne by the buyer. Please use the cancellation form.

My product is defective, how can I repair it?

Our products are designed so that you can carry out the repair yourself with a little manual dexterity and standard tools. This avoids the need to send the product to our workshop and reduces Co2 emissions caused by unnecessary transport.

 

Don't have the confidence to carry out the repair yourself?

We have an in-house repair workshop and will be happy to assist you with repairs.
