Purchasing advice – AS mounted sprayer from Ebinger GmbH
The AS series mounted sprayers are specially designed for permanent mounting on tractors or flatbeds.
To select the right mounted sprayer, you should pay particular attention to two things: the tank volume and the drive type.
Tank size – how much do you need?
The AS mounted sprayers are available with the following PE tank sizes:
•220 l – for small areas and selective applications
•440 l – for medium-sized applications
•660 l – for large areas or longer operating times
All tanks are UV-resistant, chemical-resistant and feature a fill level indicator, sieve insert and rinsing system for easy cleaning.
Drive & pump – suitable for the vehicle type
The AS sprayers can be combined with various drive options, depending on the available technology:
12V / 24V battery drive
•7 bar (18 l/min) or 2.5 bar (36 l/min)
Petrol engine
•30 bar / 30 l/min
PTO shaft (tractor)
•50 bar (70 l/min) or 20 bar (105 l/min)
The pump directly influences the spray pressure and area coverage – select according to the desired working pressure.

Cleaning & rinsing system:
The sprayers are equipped with a rinsing system for system cleaning as standard. By simply operating a 3-way tap, you can switch to the rinsing system after application and clean the system. This saves a considerable amount of time during cleaning and optimally removes residues of plant protection products from the system.
