The SPE sprayer is designed for the application of plant protection products, plant fortifiers and similar substances, featuring a continuously variable electric drive mounted on the DONKEY XL-T carrier vehicle (carrier vehicle not included).
Thanks to its compact dimensions (external width 55 cm), the unit can be used both in the open field and in
greenhouses. The unit’s configuration and, consequently, the range of applications for the entire system are highly flexible.
The unit represents a significant advancement on existing plant protection equipment. In terms of its design and configuration, it is an absolute innovation. When using conventional wheelbarrow sprayers with a hose and spray gun, it is difficult to achieve uniform application.
Thanks to the electric propulsion and the ability to maintain a constant speed whilst applying plant protection products, extremely precise, even coverage can be achieved.
The spray boom on the sprayer is available in various lengths and can be used both horizontally and vertically.
The application of plant protection products requires the active ingredient to be applied on a per-area basis. All hand-held devices result in a more or less uneven spray pattern and, consequently, uneven distribution of the product.
With the SPE, it is possible to achieve an even application that closely follows the crop stand
