Purchasing advice – AS mounted sprayer from Ebinger GmbH
To select the right AHS sprayer, you should pay particular attention to two things: the tank volume and the drive type.
Tank volume – How large is your area?
Depending on the area of application and size of the area, there are three variants available:
• 220 litres: Ideal for smaller areas or selective applications.
• 440 litres: Well suited for medium-sized areas with regular use.
• 660 litres: The best choice for large areas and longer periods of use.
All models are equipped with a robust PE tank that is UV-resistant, chemical-resistant and easy to clean. A fill level indicator is also integrated.
Drive – What energy source is available?
Depending on the vehicle type and desired performance, you can choose between three drive types:
• 24V battery: with 7 bar pressure and 18 to 36 litres per minute flow rate.
• Petrol engine: with 30 to 50 bar pressure and up to 47 litres per minute.
• PTO shaft: with 20 to 50 bar pressure and up to 105 litres per minute.
Cleaning & rinsing system:
The sprayers are equipped with a rinsing system for system cleaning as standard. By simply operating a 3-way tap, you can switch to the rinsing system after application and clean the system. This saves a considerable amount of time during cleaning and optimally removes residues of plant protection products from the system.
