Cable reels in action: power, data and charging technology
Spring-retractable cable reels deliver 230 V or 400 V directly to where the work is being carried out. The cable locks into place at the desired length and is automatically retracted once the work is complete. This eliminates the need for extension leads running across the hall.
Tape dispenser: Secure hazardous areas in seconds
Where people are not permitted to enter hazardous or restricted areas, a barrier must be set up quickly and removed just as quickly. Tape dispensers stretch a clearly visible barrier tape across passageways, loading bays, forklift routes or aisleways in industrial and commercial settings. Once removed, the tape rewinds automatically and is neatly stowed away until the next use.

Whether it’s for cleaning indoor areas, watering or a washing-up area: the water hose hangs neatly on the wall or ceiling and is ready for use at a moment’s notice. There are versions available for both cold and hot water.
A hose or cable lying on the workshop floor is a trip hazard; it gets run over, gets dirty and wastes time every time it’s used. A rewinder solves this problem: the hose or cable is only pulled out as far as necessary and then retracts back onto the reel. The result is clear pathways, clean workstations, hoses and cables that are better protected, and tools that are immediately to hand.
At car wash bays and in vehicle cleaning areas, high-pressure hoses are often left lying across the floor. High-pressure hose reels protect the hose from kinks and being run over, and are available for working pressures of over 400 bar.

Anyone who works with a pressure-storage sprayer knows that moment: The pressure drops, the spray pattern becomes uneven, work comes to a halt, and it’s time to pump. This is exactly where the expansion of our product line for Birchmeier sprayers comes in. New to our lineup: pressure-storage sprayers and the TLK 35 cordless compressor.
The TLK 35 replaces the hand pump and turns the pressure-storage sprayer into a system for continuous use, requiring no physical effort at all. Unlike a hand pump, where pressure inevitably drops, the electronic system maintains a constant working pressure, freely adjustable between 0.5 and 3.5 bar. The result is uniform application with a defined spray pattern, from the first to the last liter.

AdBlue Hose Reel with Spring Retraction: Clean Refueling in the Fleet Workshop
Anyone who manages a vehicle fleet refills AdBlue every day. This fluid is demanding: The urea solution crystallizes as it dries, corrodes non-ferrous metals and unalloyed steel, and must remain pure, because even minor impurities can damage the SCR catalyst. A hose left lying on the workshop floor after refilling is therefore more than just a tripping hazard. It picks up dirt, gets run over, and leaves behind white, slippery residue.
A spring-return AdBlue hose reel solves the problem at its source. The hose is pulled out only as far as necessary, locks into place at the desired length, and retracts automatically after refilling. The hose, seals, and swivel joint are designed specifically for this fluid.

When transferring fuels, solvents, or powders, vehicles, drums, and containers become electrostatically charged. A single spark can be enough to ignite vapors or dust. For this reason, a conductive connection is established before the transfer begins: tank trucks, drums, or IBCs are connected to the equipotential bonding system via a grounding cable.
In practice, this often falls short due to minor oversights. The cable lies somewhere in the facility, is tangled or damaged, and under time pressure, the grounding step is skipped. A cable reel with a grounding cable makes the safest approach the most convenient: The cable is permanently installed at the filling station, can be pulled out with a single motion, clamped in place, and then automatically rewinds.
